A 300 unit upscale apartment complex that is being converted into beautiful condominiums.   We have done extensive interior work in reconditioning and painting  the interiors to make this one of premier living areas on the Detroit waterfront.

Wayne County Community College - Fire/Rescue Training Facility, Taylor, MI

This new Fire/Rescue training project is the "state of the art"  Fire/Rescue college instruction facility.  We painted the large exposed interior bays and class rooms.

Boller Meadows Of Brownstown MI

A new construction 150 unit apartment complex.  KPC was the primary painting contractor on this project.

Romulus Senior Center

A new construction multi use commercial building.  KPC was the interior and exterior preparation and painting contractor.

Huron Township Police Department

A new construction design building. KPC was the painting contractor this important construction site.
